TN Pilgrimage to Prasanthi - Telugu Drama by Ooty - Thyagaraja Aradhana by TN Devotees Saturday, February 11th, 2012 -  Friday, February 10th, 2012 -   Thursday, February 9, 2012 -

Over thousand devotees from Tamil Nadu are arriving in Prasanthi Nilayam in two contingents in the next two days to pay obeisance to Bhagawan. The second contingent of 700 devotees, balvikas children, parents and gurus from the districts of Chennai Metro ( South ), Coimbatore, Vellore and Tiruppur districts of Tamil Nadu arrived at Prasanthi Nilayam this morning. The Pancharatna Krithis (five of the most outstanding compositions) of Saint Thyagaraja were performed by eminent Vidwans and Vidhushis led by Sri. Trichur Ramachandran (Padma Bhushan Awardee). They started the concert by paying obeisance to Lord Ganesha with the kirti, 'Sri Ganapatini' in Saurashtram ragam and Adi Talam.
